However, this does not mean that you should expect everything to go right all of the time – it is important to manage expectations in order to maintain a positive attitude and avoid letting disappointments have too much of an impact.

7. Be overly communicative

8. Know the difference between a project and a task

You might want to consider breaking down the larger items on your task list into smaller parts so that you can more easily manage them.
10. Prioritize your tasks

11. Keep your resources in check
Keep track of how much money you’re spending on materials and supplies for each project. Time and budget are also important, so your team fills in time sheets.
Use a project management software to keep track of your data so you can easily monitor how much time and money is being spent on each project and adjust if necessary. This should help with budgeting. It’s easier to manage projects when you have the right information, tools or software at hand.
